A traveling contemporary art pod? Now that’s what we call mobile. Designed by architect Zaha Hadid, this spaceship-like Mobile Art Container houses twenty international artists, all of whom have created work inspired by Chanel’s quilted purse. The pod has already made the art and fashion rounds in Hong Kong and Tokyo, and will travel to London, Moscow and Paris after leaving New York City. Through November 9, 2008.
